Sambal Chili Ice-cream

A new combination that you can't imagine- Sambal ice cream,

 the Nasi Lemak blended with the ice cream and on top with some smashed fried Ikan bilis.  

The ice cream is sweet with coconut milk, Sambal with onion and Ikan bilis.
